Enquiries and agreements
Sending an enquiry does not create a coaching agreement or require payment. Before any coaching starts, we discuss the scope, duration, price, payment terms and what support is included. Those agreed details should be confirmed in writing. If an individual agreement differs from this website's general description, the individual agreement controls where the law permits.
Coaching service
Coaching may include training programming, nutrition planning, progress reviews, adjustments and ongoing communication, as agreed for the particular client. You are responsible for sharing accurate information and making your own decisions about participation. Results vary and no specific physique, health or performance outcome is guaranteed.
Health and safety
Coaching is educational and performance-focused. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Seek appropriate professional advice for medical conditions or symptoms. Tell your coach about limitations that affect participation through a suitable private channel before starting.
Payments, cancellation and consumer rights
The price, billing schedule, service start date and cancellation procedure must be supplied before you agree to paid coaching. If you are a consumer buying at a distance, applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain in place. Any request to begin service during a withdrawal period, and its consequences, must be agreed separately and clearly. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights.
