Information you provide
The enquiry form creates a draft in your own email application. The website does not store your answers or send them to a form provider. If you send that email, I receive the name, email address, optional age, training experience, goal and message you included. You can also contact me directly by email.
Why I use it
I use enquiry information to reply, assess whether coaching is a fit and discuss a potential service agreement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. If you become a client, the information needed to deliver coaching and meet administrative obligations is handled as part of that relationship. Please do not send health or medical information in the initial enquiry.
Storage and sharing
Enquiries are stored in the email service used to receive and answer them. The website host may process technical request data needed to serve and secure the site. I do not sell enquiry details or use this form to sign you up for marketing. Information may be shared with service providers needed for email, hosting or administration, subject to their own arrangements.
Retention
I keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting coaching relationship, then delete them when no longer needed, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Business records may have separate statutory retention periods.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to certain processing, or ask for a copy where applicable. Email thijmen03jongsma@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Cookies and external services
This website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Its fonts and image are hosted with the site. Your browser still connects to the website host to load the pages.
