When I first walked into a gym I felt intimated, and daunted by the whole process of exercising because everyone in there seemed to know exactly what they were doing. I was walking around the place like a headless chook, trying to figure out how to do each exercise. I worried that everyone around me was having a little snicker, as I tried to figure out how to use some of the machines. The whole process would have been a lot less nerve-racking had I known what exercises to do, and how to do them before hand. To help you overcome the obstacles I faced, I have created a collection of free workout videos guides. Each link below includes a description to accompany the video, on how to do weight training exercises in the gym, correctly and safely.
