I would try to find a decent weight training program that I could adhere to, but none of the exercises made sense to me, I didn’t even know what they meant by ‘reps’ and ‘sets’. To add to the confusion, most of the information I read in magazines and the Internet contradicted each other all the time. And, that is where another problem arises: sifting through what is actually the truth, and what is just a marketing gimmick trying to influence you to buy a product.
