How To Do T-Bar Rows

 
 
This is similar to barbell rows although performed on a machine variation. Primary muscles used in this exercise are the lats. Secondary muscles used in this exercise are the biceps, forearms, lower back and the front delts. 
 

 

Depending on the machine available at your gym this exercise may vary. If the machine at your gym put's you in an akward position then it is probably best to avoid it.
 
To perform T-Bar rows grip the handle and pull up on the handle until the bar reaches the bottom of your ribcage. At the top of the movement thrust your chest and squeeze your  back. Make sure your knees are bent and your back is straight. Do not round your lower back!! You will injure it. As you lower the weight make sure you are controlling it on the way down. Repeat the process.
