This is an isolation exercise movement
for the biceps performed on a preacher bench and a curl bar normally. Primary muscles used in this exercise are
the biceps. Secondary muscles used in this exercise are the forearms and deltoids.
To
perform preacher curls grip the bar a little narrower than shoulder width
apart. Curl the bar upwards making sure you keep tension on your biceps
throughout the whole movement and keeping your elbows against the preacher bench. Lower the weight down in a controlled
slower manner.
