This is an isolation chest exercise that replicates dumbbell flyes on a machine. The primary muscles used in this exercise are the mid pectorals. Secondary muscles used are the upper and lower pectorals

To perform pec deck flyes simply sit in place on the machine and place each hand on the bar or handle of the machine. Squeeze your arms together keeping your chest thrust out through the exercise.
