How To Do Overhead Tricep Extensions

 
 
This is an exercise movement for the triceps. Primary muscles used in this exercise are the triceps. Secondary muscles used in this exercise are the forearms, deltoids and traps. 
 

 

 
To perform overhead tricep extensions hold the dumbbell vertically by grabbing the handle with both hands at one end.  
Hold the weight above and behind your head and slowly lower it down as far as possible in a controlled manner. Make sure your arms are perpendicular to the floor. Power the weight back up to the starting position as you concentrate on squeezing your triceps. Repeat the process.
