This is a machine based exercised aimed at the hamstrings. It is quite simple to peform and involves you lying face down on the machine, with you chest pressed against the bench and hands gripping the handles. 

Place the back of your ankles against the pads and begin to curl your legs up. Make sure to keep your hips down against the bench. Squeeze at the top and then control the weight back down to the starting position.
