This is a exercise movement
for the biceps using dumbbells. Primary muscles used in
this exercise are the biceps. Secondary muscles used in this exercise are
the forearms and deltoids.
This
exercise can be performed standing or seated. I recommend standing as
it will allow you to control heavier weight. To perform grip a dumbbell
in each arm and using one arm move the weight up. Start by holding the
dumbbells by your side with your palm facing your body. Your palm should face your body from start to finish on this exercise. Picture yourself picking up a hammer and banging a nail. Repeat the process with the alternate arm.
