How To Do Dumbbell Wrist Curls

 
 
This is an isolation exercise movement for the forearms. Primary muscles used in this exercise are the forearms.


 
To perform dumbbell wrist curls stand up straight with your arms down by your side and a dumbbell in each hand. Your palms should be facing your legs. Using your wrist curl the dumbbells upwards towards you making sure you are using your wrists to move the weight and squeeze your forearms at the top of the movement. Lower the weight back down to the starting position in a controlled slower manner and repeat process.
