This is an isolation exercise movement
for the biceps performed using dumbbells. Primary muscles used in this exercise are
the biceps. Secondary muscle used in this exercise are the forearms.
To
perform concentration curls sit on the edge of the bench. Gripping a dumbbell in one hand with that arm hanging down between your thighs bend forward at the waist with your back straight and not curved. Curl the dumbbell upwards making sure you keep tension on your biceps
throughout the whole movement and keeping your elbows against your thigh. Lower the weight down in a controlled
slower manner. Repeat the process for the alternate arm.
