How To Do Cable Bicep Curls

 
 
This is an exercise movement for the biceps using a cable machine that is similar to barbell curls although not as effective. Primary muscles used in this exercise are the biceps. Secondary muscles used in this exercise are the forearms and deltoids.

 
To perform cable bicep curls grip the bar a little wider than shoulder width apart. Curl the bar upwards making sure you keep tension on your biceps throughout the whole movement. Lower the weight down in a controlled slower manner.
 
Use your body's natural motion during this exercise, meaning do not be too strict or rigid on your form. Work with your body's mechanics instead of against it.
