 That is a fair question. I asked that every time I visited a website when I first started digging around for information on getting in shape, and rightfully so. Why should you, or myself, listen to a so-called ‘expert’ when some look like they don't even workout. Let’s face it, anyone can study personal training and know the theory behind weight training and nutrition. But, not everyone can go out there and apply that theory to the real world. Knowing what it actually takes to get in great shape vs. the theory are two totally different things. I’ve been through so many ups and downs in my journey of building the body I want over the years. I want to help you eliminate years of trial and error as well as frustration that you may face. I want you to implement a plan from the outset so that you can reach your goals faster!
